![]() ![]() Relatively close enough of Arenthia and its wayshrine. Dune is a lackluster city when compared with Arenthia or Rawl'Kha. Price too high for it's size, as it's by far the smallest "large" house. Too far away from the nearest wayshrine. You can almost feel the heat when looking from the upper courtyard and feel the desert dust hit you on the face. While every other house here may be around 35☌ at summer due the water, this one likely never drops under 42☌. ![]() As big as Serenity Falls Estate at a third of its price. Somewhat near Dune, a major Elsweyr city. No useless space eating up furnishing slots. It's below the city proper, and has only a view of the nearby river, since the city is uphill. Its "water feature" is quite lackluster, being a mediocre pond. Half of it "space" it's an open courtyard below it. Close to an outlaw refuge, with no patrolling guards between (seemingly). Near Rawl'Kha, one of the busiest hubs in-game. Favorite of the majority, likely due to convenience. For it, I'm considering its convenience, their enviroments and their overall looks. I'be been tortured by having to pick one of the 4, so after asking a lot, both here and in-game, making a couple of polls, and visiting several versions of each house, I decided to make a list of the pros and cons of each one of them, from the cheapest to the most expensive. Unlike Blackwood, all of Reaper's March houses can be bought with in-game gold. On an slightly unrelated matter, Reaper's March, along Blackwood is the region with the most amount of buyable houses on it, 4 in total. With the upcoming Zenithar Event in June, all houses buyable with in-game cash will receive a 10% discount.
